Baseball Recap: Palo Verde Sets Scoring Season-High Against San Carlos

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Palo Verde). Everything went their way against the San Carlos Braves on Monday as Palo Verde made off with a 28-2 win. The Titans haven't had any issues with the Braves recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Palo Verde got a massive performance out of Noah Pedrego, who got on base in all five of his plate appearances with one home run, four runs, and four RBI. Pedrego also got three hits, which is notable because Palo Verde is undefeated when he posts at least three hits, but 1-2 otherwise. Another player making a difference was David Burgoyne, who went 4-for-5 with four runs, two stolen bases, and five RBI.
