Hartselle waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Arab Knights. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Tigers also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Abigail Preuitt paced Hartselle's offense, picking up ten kills. Preuitt got some help from Maddy Johnson and her 27 assists. Lily Widner controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Despite the loss, Arab still got an impressive performance from Kayden Gronczniak, who had ten digs and three assists.

Hartselle's victory bumped their record up to 29-10. As for Arab, with the defeat, they broke their four-match winning streak and moved their record to 24-21.

Coming up, Hartselle will be playing at home against Muscle Shoals at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Arab, they will host Guntersville at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
