Basketball Recap: Cedar Grove-Belgium Comes Up Short

Cedar Grove-Belgium was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 61-54 hit to the loss column at the hands of the University School of Milwaukee Wildcats. If the Rockets were looking for revenge after losing 59-46 to them when the teams met back in January of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Cedar Grove-Belgium's loss dropped their record down to 13-12. As for University School of Milwaukee, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season.

Cedar Grove-Belgium will venture away from home to take on Manitowoc Lutheran at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for University School of Milwaukee, they will host Messmer at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
