Millry barely beat Fruitdale the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Millry Wildcats' pitchers stepped up to hand the Fruitdale Pirates a 10-0 shutout on Thursday. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four contests by ten runs or more this season.

The win made it two in a row for Millry and bumps their season record up to 6-2. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Fruitdale, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.

Coming up, Millry will head out on the road to take on Washington County at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Fruitdale, they will challenge McIntosh at 2:30 p.m. on Monday.
