Portsmouth came into Monday's matchup looking for another win against Dover, but Jovie Meeker wouldn't allow it. The Green Wave had just enough and edged out the Clippers 3-2 on Monday for which the team can thank Meeker, who had 16 digs and two assists. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 10.2 digs per game.

Dover is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season. As for Portsmouth, their loss ended a three-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. After both having extra time off, Dover and Concord will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:30 p.m. on the 15th. As for Portsmouth, they will head out to face off against Spaulding at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
