Volleyball Recap: Chadron Gets the Win

Chadron won the last time they faced Alliance and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Cardinals came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 3-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Cardinals.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 17-25, 25-6, 25-16.

Jezy Alcorn paced Chadron's offense, picking up ten kills. Alcorn got some help from Jenny Pinnt and her 25 assists. Sophie Watson controlled things from the service line, finishing with eight aces.

Chadron's victory bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Alliance, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season.

Chadron will host Gering at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Alliance, they will welcome Rapid City Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
