Basketball Recap: Paul Craig's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Clarion-Limestone over Brookville

After flying high against East Forest on Friday, Clarion-Limestone came back down to earth. The Lions took a 73-58 bruising from the Brookville Raiders on Tuesday. If the Lions were looking for revenge after losing 67-56 to the Raiders when the teams met back in January, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Several Lions players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Paul Craig, who almost dropped a double-double with 22 points and nine boards. Craig's evening made it five games in a row in which he has scored at least 19 points. Another player making a difference was Reagan Parker, who shot 42% from the field en route to 16 points and four blocks.

Clarion-Limestone now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Brookville, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.
