Soccer Game Preview: Madison vs. Reagan

The Madison Mavericks will venture away from home to challenge the Reagan Rattlers at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Madison's last four games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Madison's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. They had just enough and edged Churchill out 1-0. That's two games straight that the Mavericks have won by just one goal.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Reagan). Everything went their way against SA Roosevelt on Wednesday as Reagan made off with a 7-0 victory. The high-scoring effort was just what the Rattlers needed considering they were shutout in their previous contest.

Madison's record is now 4-1-1. As for Reagan, their record now sits at 7-1-1.
