Basketball Recap: Mills Comes Up Short

Mills lost against International back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Mills Vikings came up short against the International Jaguars, falling 64-42. The contest marked the Vikings' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Despite the loss, Mills still got an impressive performance from Jefriel Bacorro, who went 6 for 8 from beyond the arc on his way to 30 points. Bacorro is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Tyler Ngo, who posted seven points.

Mills is on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9. As for International, with the victory, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-7.

Mills has already played their next matchup, a 68-50 loss against Lincoln on the 30th. As for International, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 58-50 defeat against Montgomery on the 30th.
