Soccer Game Preview: Brooks vs. East Limestone

The Brooks Lions are taking a road trip to challenge the East Limestone Indians at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Brooks' offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

It was a proper cat-fight when Brooks faced off against Mars Hill Bible last Tuesday. Brooks came up short against Mars Hill Bible, falling 3-0.

Meanwhile, while the 2-2 score might suggest a draw, it was Tanner who was credited with the victory last Friday. Tanner got it done in the shootout by posting five goals to East Limestone's four. The defeat continues a trend for East Limestone in their meetings with Tanner: they've now lost four in a row.

East Limestone now has a losing record of 6-7-1. As for Brooks, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4-1.
