San Jacinto Valley Academy won the last time they faced Hamilton and things went their way on Thursday too. The Wolves put the hurt on the Bobcats with a sharp 9-3 win. Considering the Wolves have won eight contests by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

The team relied heavily on Canon Fletcher, who went 2-for-4 with three stolen bases, one run, and one RBI. San Jacinto Valley Academy is undefeated when Fletcher posts two or more stolen bases, but 5-8 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Riley Penfold, who went 1-for-4 with three stolen bases and one run.

San Jacinto Valley Academy is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 games. That's provided a massive bump to their 14-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.8 runs over those games. As for Hamilton, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-12.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. San Jacinto Valley Academy will square off against Temecula Prep at 3:40 p.m. on Friday. The Patriots will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Wolves surely won't give up without a fight. As for Hamilton, they will take on California Military Institute at 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
