It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Crestview had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They snuck past the Allen East Mustangs with a 36-31 win. Winning may never get old, but the Knights sure are getting used to it with their 14th in a row.

Crestview's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Kaci Gregory, who posted seven points and five rebounds. Kennedy Crider was another key player, putting up seven points along with ten boards and four steals.

Defeat or not, Allen East got some senior leadership from Taylor Nickles and Rilynn Jones. Nickles earned eight points and 12 rebounds, while Jones had 11 points and eight boards. That's the most rebounds Nickles has posted since back in December of 2024.

Crestview pushed their record up to 22-3 with the victory, which was their 22nd straight at home dating back to last season.
