Recap: Union Rockets vs. Hagerstown Tigers

The Union Rockets can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. Everything went their way against Hagerstown as Union made off with a 39-15 win. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory Union has posted yet this season.

Leading Union to victory were Zoe Ogden and Glory Ellis. Ogden scored 15 points, while Ellis scored ten points along with nine rebounds and six blocks. Another player making a difference was Kaitlynn Holderman, who scored seven points.

Union's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-10. As for Hagerstown, their defeat was their tenth straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 0-18.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Union won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Seven Oaks Classical at 11:00 a.m. on January 20th. As for Hagerstown, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against Seton Catholic at 6:00 p.m.
