Soccer Game Preview: Wallkill vs. New Paltz

The Wallkill Panthers will square off against the New Paltz Huguenots at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Wallkill's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They blew past Red Hook 6-0. Give Wallkill's defense some credit: that's the team's eighth straight shutout.

Meanwhile, for the first time since back in September, New Paltz was forced to settle for a draw on Thursday. Neither they nor Highland could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 0-0 draw.

New Paltz's draw gives them a new season record of 8-2-2. As for Wallkill, their victory bumped their record up to 11-0.
