After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Mt. Zion Prep Academy Blue, Springdale Prep was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Cumberland Valley Christian Blazers 66-27. The Lions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 games by 21 points or more this season.

Springdale Prep's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Anya Neufeld, who posted 13 points and six rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Vestina Davidontye, who went 6-for-10 to rack up 12 points.

Springdale Prep's victory bumped their record up to 20-18. As for Cumberland Valley Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 11-8.

When Springdale Prep and Cumberland Valley Christian next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Springdale Prep will try to stop Virginia Academy's three-game winning streak when the meet at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Similarly, Cumberland Valley Christian will face off against Frederick W and their 17-game winning streak at 4:00 p.m. on February 25th.
