Basketball Game Preview: Francis W. Parker Colonels vs. North Shore Country Day Raiders

The Francis W. Parker Colonels will venture away from home to face off against the North Shore Country Day Raiders at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Francis W. Parker is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 58.5 points per game this season.

Francis W. Parker took a loss when they played away from home on Saturday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They walked away with a 69-62 victory over Chicago University.

Miles Johnson continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 7 for 12 en route to 20 points and seven steals. He is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last 17 games he's played dating back to last season. Another player making a difference was Lev Goldman, who went 5 of 10 on his way to 12 points in addition to five assists and five boards.

Meanwhile, North Shore Country Day was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Wednesday as they fell 58-52 to Northridge.

North Shore Country Day's loss dropped their record down to 11-6. As for Francis W. Parker, their win bumped their record up to 9-6.
