Volleyball Recap: Springfield Picks Up Seventh Straight Win on the Road

Springfield won the last time they faced Avon and things went their way on Friday too. The Blue Devils came out on top against the Eagles by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Blue Devils.

Springfield never let Avon on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 25-10.

Logan Goodrick paced Springfield's offense, picking up six kills. Goodrick got some help from Reed Schwieterman and his 11 assists. Jonah Sheppard controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.
