Coral Gables won the last time they faced Miami Beach, and William Hardie did his part to make sure it happened again. The Cavaliers walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Hi-Tides on Monday thanks in part to Hardie, who had 19 digs and two assists. Hardie is crushing it when it comes to digs: he's had at least ten every time he's taken the court this season.

Coral Gables had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 20-25, 25-21, 25-18, 26-24.

Coral Gables is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season. As for Miami Beach, with the loss, they broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 9-2.

Coming up, Coral Gables will face off against Belen Jesuit at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Miami Beach, they will take on Northwestern at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
