Basketball Recap: Addison Trail Snaps Three-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Addison Trail entered their game against Shepard on Saturday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Addison Trail Blazers took a 75-64 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Shepard Astros.

Addison Trail's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-5. As for Shepard, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-7.

Addison Trail will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Conant at 3:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. Shepard and St. Edward will compete for holiday cheer at 4:45 p.m. on Monday.
