Eagle Valley had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10.8 points) and they went ahead and made it five on Saturday. They came out on top against the Moffat County Bulldogs by a score of 81-68. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Devils also won the last time the pair played back in January.

Eagle Valley has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.3 points per game. As for Moffat County, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Eagle Valley will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Palisade at 7:00 p.m. on January 9, 2025. After both having extra time off, Moffat County and Grand Valley will shake off the cobwebs and square off against one another at 4:00 p.m. on January 4, 2025. Moffat County is facing Grand Valley at the right time seeing as Grand Valley is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
