Football Game Preview: Dobyns-Bennett Indians vs. Science Hill Hilltoppers + Official Tickets

Dobyns-Bennett is 2-8 against Science Hill since October of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Indians will venture away from home to square off against the Hilltoppers at 7:00 p.m. Dobyns-Bennett is coming into the game hot, having won their last five games.

If Science Hill heads into halftime all tied up, they better play a good second half: that's when Dobyns-Bennett took over last week. The Indians claimed a resounding 34-7 victory over Bearden. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Indians' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee football rankings (they are ranked 39th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 183rd).

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Science Hill, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They enjoyed a cozy 28-14 win over West Ridge on Friday. The Hilltoppers haven't had any issues with the Wolves recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Dobyns-Bennett's record is now 8-1. As for Science Hill, their record now sits at 7-2.

Dobyns-Bennett didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Science Hill when the teams last played back in November of 2024, but they still walked away with an 18-12 win.
