Basketball Recap: Grant Has No Trouble Against Franklin

Grant won the last time they faced Franklin and things went their way on Friday too. The Grant Generals were the clear victor by a 57-34 margin over the Franklin Quakers. The Generals have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Grant is also on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.1 points per game. As for Franklin, their loss was their seventh straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-12.

Grant will welcome Jefferson at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Jefferson will roll in looking for their 13th straight win, something Grant surely won't give up without a fight. Franklin has already played their next contest, a 47-40 defeat against Roosevelt on the 25th.
