Mid-Buchanan waltzed into their contest on Monday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They didn't even let the Osborn Wildcats on the board, marking their second-straight 15-0 shutout. The Dragons might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matches by seven runs or more this season.

Mid-Buchanan's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 19-6. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.7 runs on average over those games. As for Osborn, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-10.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mid-Buchanan will venture away from home to square off against Savannah at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Osborn, they will take on East Buchanan at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
