Softball Recap: Gibbs Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Gibbs won against Anderson County on Monday with four runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Tuesday. The Eagles never let the Clinton Dragons get on the board and left with a 4-0 victory. Winning may never get old, but the Eagles sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Madilynn Rutherford was excellent, going 2-for-3 with two doubles and two RBI. That's the most doubles she has posted since back in April.

Gibbs' win bumped their record up to 29-14-2. As for Clinton, their defeat dropped their record down to 21-11-1.

As of now, neither Gibbs nor the Dragons have any future games scheduled.
