Baseball Recap: MICDS Rams vs. Lutheran South Lancers
MICDS won the last time they faced Lutheran South and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Rams came out on top against the Lancers by a score of 9-4. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Rams.
Brian Gould made a big impact no matter where he played. He struck out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off four hits (and not a single walk). Gould was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Cameron Cooper, who went 2-for-4 with one triple, two RBI, and one run. That's the most hits he has posted since back in April. Another player making a difference was Eliyah Powell, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI, one stolen base, and one double.
