Melvindale waltzed into their contest on Wednesday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. Their defense stepped up to hand the Crestwood Chargers a 1-0 shutout. The game was the first time Melvindale have beaten Crestwood on their pitch since September 30, 2020.
