Soccer Game Preview: Clear Springs vs. Brazoswood

The Clear Springs Chargers will face off against the Brazoswood Buccaneers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Brazoswood will be up against a hot Clear Springs squad: the team just extended their winning streak to three. Clear Springs never let Clear Lake onto the board and left with a 1-0 victory on Tuesday. Give the Chargers' defense some credit: that's the team's third straight shutout.

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for Brazoswood's offense. They fell 2-0 to Clear Falls on Tuesday.

Clear Springs' win bumped their record up to 12-4. As for Brazoswood, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-6.
