Dobson had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Valley Christian Trojans.

Miles McClurg paced Dobson's offense, picking up 21 kills. McClurg got some help from Gavin Andersen and his 31 assists. Humberto Salazar controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Dobson now has a winning record of 9-8. As for Valley Christian, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 9-6.

Dobson didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Skyline on the 15th. As for Valley Christian, they have also already played their next game, a 2-1 win against Benjamin Franklin on the 11th.
