Green Mountain dropped down to 4-5 on Friday, ending the team's three-game streak of wins. They took a blow against the Conifer Lobos, falling 50-9. Having soared to a lofty 35 points in the game before, the Rams couldn't push the score so high this time.

Corbin Wade threw for 91 yards and one TD. Ethyan Polston was his top target, picking up 77 receiving yards and one score.

As for Conifer, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-1. Considering they have won eight contests by more than 34 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Charlie Ostrowski was his usual excellent self, throwing for 255 yards and four touchdowns while completing 85.2% of his passes, and also rushing for 64 yards and one TD on only nine carries. Those 64 rushing yards gave him a new career-high. Solomon Washer was in the mix as well, providing Conifer with two scores.

Green Mountain has already played their next matchup, a 72-14 victory against Skyview on the 7th. As for Conifer, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 27-7 win against Evergreen on the 7th.
