Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hudson). Their defense stepped up to hand the Diboll Lumberjacks a 5-0 shutout on Friday. The result kept the Hornets happy, as they haven't lost a game since January 3rd.

Hudson is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 4-3-1 record this season. As for Diboll, they now have a losing record at 4-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hudson will head out to square off against Palestine at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Palestine will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Hudson surely won't give up without a fight. Diboll has already played their next matchup (against Westwood), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
