Basketball Recap: Brighton Takes a Loss

Brighton lost against Webster Thomas back in February, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Brighton Bruins fell 74-63 to the Webster Thomas Titans. While losing is never fun, the Bruins can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 341st, while the Titans are ranked 102nd).

Brighton's loss dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Webster Thomas, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Brighton nor Webster Thomas have any future games scheduled.
