There's no place like home for Poland Seminary, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Wednesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the McKinley Red Dragons a 10-0 shutout on Wednesday. Considering the Bulldogs have won seven games by more than nine runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Poland Seminary's victory bumped their record up to 12-2. As for McKinley, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-14 record this season.

Poland Seminary will square off against Hubbard at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for McKinley, they will head out on the road to challenge Mineral Ridge at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Rams' pitching crew has only allowed 3.9 runs per game this season, so the Red Dragons' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
