Softball Recap: Dickinson Takes a Loss

If Dickinson was riding high fresh off their 19-8 takedown of Lincoln last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Rams lost 16-1 to the Ferris Bulldogs on Wednesday. The Rams haven't had much luck with the Bulldogs recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Dickinson saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Hope Rivera, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base, one double, and one RBI.

Dickinson's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Ferris, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 4-0.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Dickinson will challenge rival University Academy Charter at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Ferris is set to face off against their familiar foe Memorial at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
