Volleyball Recap: Crockett County Beats Gibson County for Their Third Straight Victory

Crockett County had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Gibson County Pioneers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in August.

Crockett County never let Gibson County on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The final score came out to 27-25, 25-18.

Crockett County's win bumped their record up to 19-6. As for Gibson County, they moved to 6-5 with that loss, which also ended their three-match winning streak.

Coincidentally, Crockett County and Gibson County will both be playing Lexington the next time they take the court. The Cavaliers will head out to face the Tigers at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Pioneers will play them later in the day, at 12:00 p.m.
