Softball Recap: Thursday's Loss Ends Caldera's Winning Streak

It was a good run, but Caldera unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Thursday. They came up short against the Lakeridge Pacers, falling 15-9.

Aliyah Gaffke was cooking despite her team's loss, going 3-for-4 with two runs, two doubles, and one triple. That triple marked the first that she has hit this season. Annabelle Cox was another key player, going 1-for-3 with three RBI and one run.

Caldera's loss dropped their record down to 14-13. As for Lakeridge, their victory ended an 11-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-21.

As of now, neither Caldera nor Lakeridge have any future games scheduled.
