Recap: Towns County Indians vs. Washington-Wilkes Tigers

The Towns County Indians won the last time they faced the Washington-Wilkes Tigers, and things went their way on Friday too. Towns County came out on top against Washington-Wilkes by a score of 55-47. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Towns County.

Shariq Meadows and Malik Ware certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Meadows scored 20 points, while Ware dropped a double-double on 11 points and ten rebounds. Tamari Curry was another key contributor, scoring six points along with two steals.

Towns County has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 18-5 record this season. As for Washington-Wilkes, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 7-14.
