Volleyball Recap: Christ Covenant Takes a Loss

Christ Covenant was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the Jackson Prep Patriots.

The final score came out to 25-20, 22-25, 25-16, 25-19.

Christ Covenant's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Jackson Prep, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season.

Christ Covenant will head out to take on Central Hinds Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Jackson Prep, they have already played their next contest, a 3-2 victory against Warren Central on the 9th.
