Football Recap: Tabernacle Starts Season with Loss on the Road + How To Watch

Tabernacle had to start their season on the road on Friday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They had to suffer through a 34-6 loss at the hands of Riverside Christian Academy. The Torches were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 22-0.

Riverside Christian Academy found their leader in sophomore Weston Canter, who picked up a sack and made ten total tackles (6.0 for loss).

Tabernacle will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Trinity Christian Homeschool at 7:00 p.m. on the 29th. As for Riverside Christian Academy, they will welcome Lighthouse HomeSchool at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
