Soccer Recap: Capistrano Valley Takes a Loss

Capistrano Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Mission Viejo Diablos. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cougars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-1 back in January.

Capistrano Valley's loss dropped their record down to 1-9-3. As for Mission Viejo, their victory ended a six-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-14.

Capistrano Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Mission Viejo, they will welcome San Juan Hills at 5:15 p.m. on Monday.
