Whitley County came tearing into Saturday's matchup with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Allen County-Scottsville Patriots. That's more bragging rights for the Colonels, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Whitley County's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Allen County-Scottsville, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 5-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Whitley County will face off against North Laurel at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Allen County-Scottsville, they will take on Barren County at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
