Baseball Recap: Litchfield Comes Up Short

Litchfield was the 12-5 winner over Waldron when they last played one another back in April, but their luck changed this time around. The Terriers came up short against the Spartans on Tuesday, falling 22-13. The Terriers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Litchfield's loss dropped their record down to 5-14. As for Waldron, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 2-15 record.

Litchfield does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Waldron, they will take on Camden-Frontier at 12:30 p.m. on Friday. The Spartans are facing the Redskins at the right time seeing as the Redskins are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
