Volleyball Recap: Manitou Springs Has No Trouble Against Pueblo South + How To Watch

There's no place like home for Manitou Springs, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Pueblo South Colts on Saturday. That two set margin sets a new team best for the Mustangs this season.

Manitou Springs easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-16.

Nadia Falton paced Manitou Springs' offense, picking up six kills. Falton got some help from Natalie Gore and her 13 assists. Aleia McBride controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Manitou Springs has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 3-4 record this season. As for Pueblo South, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Looking ahead, Manitou Springs will head out on the road to face off against Village at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Mountaineers will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more sets each contest than the last. As for Pueblo South, they have already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Harrison on the 6th.
