Cherokee put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Cosby Eagles 89-37. Fans of the Braves have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 20+ points.

Cherokee was led to victory by Aaliyah Rogers and Joscelyn Stamper. Rogers posted 15 points along with four steals and three blocks, while Stamper dropped a double-double on 15 points and 16 rebounds. Stamper is also on a roll when it comes to blocks, as she's now posted two or more in the last four games she's played. Whitney Rogers was another key player, going 7 of 12 on her way to 17 points.

Cherokee smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 18 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 11 offensive rebounds in six consecutive matches.

Cherokee's win was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-0. As for Cosby, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-5.

Cherokee and Hayesville will compete for holiday cheer at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Cherokee's defense has only allowed 24.7 points per game this season, so Hayesville's offense will have their work cut out for them. Cosby will take on Pigeon Forge in a holiday battle at at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
