Softball Recap: Harlandale Indians vs. Southwest Legacy Titans
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Medina Valley, Harlandale was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Southwest Legacy Titans and snuck past 18-17. Both teams can probably skip cardio this week after making that many trips around the bases.
Alanah DeLeon was a standout: she went 4-for-5 with five RBI, a triple, and a run. The team also got some help courtesy of Savannah Garza, who went 2-for-5 with a home run, three runs, and a double.
Harlandale's win bumped their record up to 7-13. As for Southwest Legacy, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-20.
