Red Jacket took a 14-run defeat the last time they faced off against Aquinas Institute, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Indians won by a run and slipped past the Little Irish 2-1. The victory was nothing new for the Indians as they're now sitting on three straight.

Red Jacket picked up their first road win, bumping their record up to 3-5. As for Aquinas Institute, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-11.

Red Jacket wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 6-5 victory against Naples on the 28th. As for Aquinas Institute, they will square off against Bishop Kearney at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
