Softball Recap: Osbourn Eagles vs. Park View Patriots

After low-scoring totals in their previous four contest, Osbourn brought some dynamite into their most recent matchup. They blew past the Park View Patriots 20-2 on Thursday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Eagles as it spelled an end to their five-game losing streak.

MacKenzie Fitterer made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She struck out nine batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off two hits. Those nine strikeouts gave her a new career-high. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with two runs, two doubles, and two RBI.
