Volleyball Recap: Lincoln Prep Takes a Loss

If Lincoln Prep was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Santa Rita on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Lightning lost 3-0 to the Tempe Prep Knights on Tuesday. The loss continues a trend for the Lightning in their meetings with the Knights: they've now lost nine in a row.

Lincoln Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Tempe Prep, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Lincoln Prep will challenge Glendale Prep Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Tempe Prep, they will take on Scottsdale Preparatory Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
