Soccer Recap: Lee-Scott Academy Starts Season with Defeat on the Road

Lee-Scott Academy kicked off their season on the road on Monday and hit a couple of potholes. They lost 4-1 to the Smiths Station Panthers. Things were pretty much settled by the half as the Warriors were already down 3-0.

The win made it two in a row for Smiths Station and bumps their season record up to a perfect 2-0.

Coming up, Lee-Scott Academy will take on Benjamin Russell at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Smiths Station, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against Southside on the 14th.
