Vinton-Shellsburg was the 68-64 winner over Center Point-Urbana when they last played one another back in February, but their luck changed this time around. The Vikings took a 70-57 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Stormin' Pointers on Friday.

Vinton-Shellsburg's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Center Point-Urbana, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Vinton-Shellsburg will take on Benton in a holiday battle at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Center Point-Urbana has already played their next contest (against Burlington), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
