Basketball Recap: Castle Rock Find Success

Castle Rock won the last time they faced Columbia and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Castle Rock Rockets walked away with a 65-58 victory over the Columbia Bruins. While the Rockets didn't have the best season last year (they finished 4-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

The win made it two in a row for Castle Rock and bumps their season record up to 7-4. As for Columbia, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-5.

Castle Rock will take on Kalama at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Castle Rock knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past five matches -- so hopefully Kalama likes a good challenge. As for Columbia, they will square off against Stevenson at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Columbia is facing Stevenson at the right time seeing as Stevenson is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
